Slide Cut:
Hexagon Signature cut AKA Hex

The Hexagon Signature cut was inspired by one of our top notch, specially machined inter-industry slide projects. This is a muted version of the first iteration in the design. Holding all the geometric styling of the previous, this cut has the agressive style and look of a competition setup. While keeping the internal assemblies sealed and free of debris like a carry style firearm. This new signature slide cut is easily suitable for all shooting options.

Sight Cut:
Absolute Co-witness RMR Cut

CNC Machined RMR Mounting position in front of the factory location of the rear sight. This has positioning posts that hold the Trijicon® RMR at a center zero point on the slide. Slide comes with proper mounting screws for the RMR of any model. Co-witness sights are recommended for usage with this cut configuration such as the ZEV Co-witness sight set. Blue Loctite recommended for proper sight retention on RMR and sight set.

Match Grade Barrel:

ZEV Technologies G19 9mm Barrel, Dimpled, Supp. Threaded (1/2×28), Black DLC

ZEV Technologies™Match Grade drop-in Glock® replacement barrels feature extremely tight tolerances and are manufactured with pre-hardened chromium stainless steel (416R) that was originally designed for use in Match Grade rifle barrels. This material provides high tensile strength and toughness to withstand typical chamber pressures while still being highly corrosion resistant.

ZEV™ Match Grade barrel bores are some of the most precise in the industry. The threaded barrels come with 1/2 x 28 standard suppressor thread pitch. Every barrel is double honed (rough and finish) until a minimum surface finish of 16 RA is reached. During this process the barrels are held to a final dimension of +/- 0.0002″ for consistency and accuracy.

The barrels are cut rifled and 100% inspected for groove dimensions and broach finish.

Trigger:

ZEV Tech Adjustable Fulcrum Ultimate Trigger Kit, 3rd Gen, Glock 9mm, Black Trigger with Red Safety.

• The trigger face is flatter and the trigger safety is three times wider than a stock trigger; this is ideal for quickly placing your finger in the optimal firing position. This will help build proper muscle memory for improved consistency and accuracy.
• Because of ZEV’s proprietary trigger bar refinements the trigger operates smoothly through the entire length of pull.
• The trigger’s crisp tactile reset gives the user a clear feeling for the moment of reset. This feedback improves the user’s ability to ride the reset to improve follow up shot speed and placement.
• The trigger weight can be adjusted to as low as 3 lbs. A lighter pull weight requires less pressure, reducing trigger fatigue and improving accuracy.
• The pre-travel and over-travel are adjustable to allow for a shorter pull, crisper break and faster reset.
• Trigger adjustments will give the benefit of shorter take up, post break travel and will result in a shorter reset.
• The Ultimate Kit has a Skeletonized Firing Pin, the benefit is its lighter construction, polish, and the tip of the firing pin is extended for more positive primer ignition.

Frame:

The frame has been double under cut, just below the trigger guard to all shooters to get a higher grip on the frame to all for more control over the firearm. The frame has also had those pesky finger groves taken off to give the user more or a straight inline grip that is very similar to a 1911 style. To give the user more grip control over the firearm Zev has done a custom stippling job, that covers front, back and side straps.
